Job Title: Product Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and packaging from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Product Lifecycle Leadership: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from design to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Product and Packaging Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products and packaging solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project outcomes and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with designers, marketers, quality control, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the product development process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, Product Management).
  • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in product or packaging development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Preferred qualifications include experience in textile or accessories product development and specific knowledge of relevant industry trends and technologies.
