Senior Product Innovation Manager

We are seeking a Product Strategist to join our Business Strategy & Growth Team. In this high-impact role, you will champion business outcomes across a wide range of product initiatives—new features, product offerings, campaigns, and enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize product initiatives that drive business results
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement and user experience enhancements
- Launch and refine campaigns or features to improve conversion, retention, and engagement
- Translate strategic goals into actionable product outcomes
- Create business cases and success metrics for proposed initiatives
- Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and overall business objectives
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Track performance post-launch and iterate based on data
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies with Marketing, Sales, and Support
- Influence product roadmap through business-focused insights
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product strategy, product marketing, or business analysis roles. They have strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional business teams is also essential. Skilled in using data to support decision-making and drive results, the successful candidate will thrive in our dynamic and innovative environment.
