As the Customer Experience Champion, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience, making it a key differentiator for us. This role will focus on the customer lifecycle episode by co-creating the episode's North Star and leading initiatives for significant customer experience improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with the episode's experience vision.
- Establish and communicate the North Star Experience for each customer lifecycle episode and act as the central authority for new experience-related decisions within the episodes.
- Guide Brand CX Strategy Partners in creating, refining, and assessing customer journeys aligned with the North Star experience defined for each episode.
- Engage regularly with customer-facing teams and stakeholders to gather real-time feedback and operational insights.
- Develop advocacy initiatives that are visionary and future-focused, not solely reactive.
