We're on a mission to revolutionize the way hotels operate, leveraging cutting-edge technology and machine learning to drive success. As part of our Customer Onboarding Team, you'll play a vital role in bringing our vision to life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating client onboarding, training, and ongoing support through video, phone, and email communications.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting escalated issues across multiple channels.
  • Partnering with Sales to define success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and drive retention.
  • BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS to encourage loyalty and promote product adoption.
  • Developing a deep understanding of Cloudbeds' products and customer needs.
  • Contribute to training materials and stay updated on system changes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback for internal teams.
  • The capacity to share customer insights and opportunities across departments to drive alignment.
  • Strong organizational and proactive skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects or accounts effectively.
  • The ability to empower clients to become self-sufficient during onboarding and beyond.
  • A customer-focused approach, delivering exceptional communication with empathy.
  • At least 1 year of hospitality experience in roles like Front Desk or Revenue Manager.
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant industry experience in customer-facing roles.

Bonus Skills to Stand Out (Optional):

  • English, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai or Tagalog language proficiency.
  • Project Management certification.
