We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Corporate Communications Coach to join our team on a project basis. This role focuses on empowering in-house frontline teams—including Front Desk Officers, Call Center Agents, and other customer-facing staff—to elevate their business communication skills.The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful communication training programs that cover professional phone etiquette, effective call handling, and common grammar challenges. Key responsibilities include instructional design, close collaboration with the Talent Development Team, facilitation of training sessions, and preparation of post-training reports.This role is ideal for a communications expert passionate about enhancing workplace communication and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications:

● At least 6 years working in a service-oriented industry (e.g. Hospitality, Insurance, BPO, etc.);

● At least 5 years' experience conducting training design and facilitation for corporate clients with at least 10 clients, at least one of which should be a BPO;

● Proven experience as a Communications Coach, Corporate Trainer, or similar capacity focused on business communication;

● Strong background in instructional design and adult learning methodologies;

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and clarity;

● Experience coaching frontline staff such as customer service representatives, call center agents, or front office personnel;

● Ability to deliver engaging, interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually;

● Proficient in developing training materials and assessment tools;

● Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams;

● Comfortable providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth;

● Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications in training/facilitation is a plus);

● Must be willing to report face-to-face for at least two (2) days a week at the Marie France Head Office in Makati.
