Job Title: Product Data Assistant

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about delivering accurate product information for a seamless online shopping experience?

  • Sourcing imagery and data for products across the site, conducting ongoing reviews to ensure optimisations are applied where relevant.
  • Ensuring the website displays correct product information, images, and videos, maintaining consistency with guidelines.
  • Ensure back-end product data is up to date, correct, and fully enhanced with additional optimisations.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to maintain the product data workflow and resolve any obstacles that disrupt this process.
  • Managing deadlines and needs for all product pages brought to site to ensure timely execution.
  • Conducting weekly site audits to ensure all products are available, accurate, and up to date.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, recognizing accuracy's critical role in managing product data.
  • Strong familiarity with various computer systems relevant to the role.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, follow instructions meticulously, and work with minimum supervision.
  • Capable of working independently under pressure, ensuring consistent productivity.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, coordinate across multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with Australian English is advantageous for effective communication.
