Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage financial data, create accurate records, and ensure timely financial reporting. This individual will be responsible for inputting data into QuickBooks and other accounting software, reconciling bills and accounts payable records, and maintaining organized records of financial transactions.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g., Associate's degree in Accounting or relevant field).
  • Experience with reconciling bills and accounts payable processes.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
