The HRI Sales Lead is responsible for driving business growth within the hospitality and restaurant sectors. This role involves developing partnerships with key customers and business partners to achieve volume and value targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales volume and value targets
  • Align sales strategies with key business drivers
  • Track and record sales trends to improve supply and demand strategies
  • Closely collaborate with the Sales Commercial Excellence team to develop and execute sales promotions
  • Build lasting relationships with key customers and business partners
  • Develop the section as an effective business group
  • Prepare timely sales forecasts and monthly sales reports
  • Manage the sales budget of the territory under supervision
  • Establish good working relationships with trade partners
  • Set performance standards for trade partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in driving businesses within the HRI sector
  • Willingness to travel and conduct off-site business meetings
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships
