Financial Operations Coordinator

This is a key role within our organization that supports accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with monthly financial close and related activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform account analysis and reconciliation, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage client accounts receivable and payable, maintaining clear records and up-to-date information.
  • Address client and third-party inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all assignments meet quality standards, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional client service, consistently demonstrating a customer-focused approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in invoicing, accounts receivable management, and collections, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Accounts payable entries and issue resolution, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Account reconciliation, including accruals and prepaid expense analysis, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with web-based accounting software applications, including QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
Professional Background
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance, or relevant work experience, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
