About the Role

Probe CX is seeking a seasoned Communications Manager to lead our internal and external communications efforts during a period of transformation and growth.

  • We're looking for a dynamic and talented professional who can bring our brand voice to life, deliver integrated communication campaigns, and partner with internal stakeholders to drive alignment.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, exceptional written and verbal English skills, and proven experience managing both internal and external comms in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver integrated communication campaigns across internal and external channels for our house of brands.
  • Create engaging content that reinforces our brand voice, business priorities, and employee experience.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (including Marketing, Growth, and People Experience teams) to drive alignment.
  • Support media relations and public-facing communications, including thought leadership and media releases.
  • Manage internal and external communication platforms, including our intranet, newsroom, and social media channels.
  • Track performance of communications activity and use analytics to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
  • Proven experience managing both internal and external comms in fast-paced environments.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and a natural sense for tone, timing, and message clarity.
  • Familiarity with communications platforms, digital tools, and analytics to measure success.
  • A positive, proactive mindset with strong project management skills.
