
Ecommerce Customer Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Recommend products and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue growth.
- Handle complex customer inquiries with speed and accuracy, resolving issues promptly.
- Deliver a tailored experience that reflects each brand's unique voice, values, and standards.
- Record and share feedback to continually improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
- Collaborate with our internal team to align on trends, performance, and strategies to elevate the customer journey.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to empathize with customers.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar tools is a plus.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
