Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for executing paid social campaigns across various platforms to meet client goals and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in Meta/Facebook Ads, with prior in-house experience in the ecommerce realm. A solid grasp of ecommerce and digital marketing terminologies is required. Basic experience with budget management across campaigns is also necessary.

Key responsibilities include setting up paid social campaigns, daily management and optimization of campaigns to meet specific KPIs and budgets, refreshing campaigns by uploading innovative creatives, and collaborating with other team members to identify new audiences, messaging, and creative concepts.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, paired with adept time management. They will also have a burning passion for mastering performance marketing and elevating ecommerce brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute paid social campaigns across various platforms to meet client goals and strategies.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to meet specific KPIs and budgets.
  • Upload innovative creatives and adjust campaign elements as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies, provide insights, and work with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
