About the Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Growth Specialist to play a pivotal role in scaling our creator and partner ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to blend ecommerce program management, TikTok Shop setup, influencer partnerships, and User-Generated Content (UGC) pipeline building.

You will be responsible for launching our TikTok Shop from scratch, growing ecommerce networks, and turning creators into revenue-driving partners. If you have experience setting up or managing ecommerce platforms before and thrive on building systems from the ground up, this is your chance to own the process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage TikTok Shop/Seller Center from scratch, including catalog, listings, payouts, and workflows.
  • Define commission structures and creator onboarding flows.
  • Launch Spark Ads from top-performing UGC, test hooks/angles, and scale winning campaigns.
  • Partner with designers to refine product listings, visuals, and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
Ecommerce Program Management
  • Manage and scale ecommerce programs on ShareASale, UpPromote, and similar platforms.
  • Recruit, activate, and retain high-performing affiliates across YouTube, SEO, blogs, and niche communities.
  • Design and run leaderboards, contests, referral bonuses, and re-activation campaigns to drive consistent sales.
  • Maintain accurate attribution, payouts, and dashboards, reporting performance weekly.
Creator & Community Leadership
  • Build and manage a central hub for affiliates and creators.
  • Keep partners engaged with campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
  • Source, vet, and brief creators for reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with design/editing to categorize UGC and repurpose across ads, product pages, email, and social.
Collaboration & Operations
  • Work directly with the leadership team to align goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Build and refine SOPs for seeding, creator approvals, content briefs, and payout cycles.
  • Share insights and actionable growth reports with leadership weekly.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce/influencer marketing; TikTok Shop/Seller Center experience from setup to scale is a big plus.
  • Fluency with ShareASale, UpPromote (or similar), and knowledge of designing incentives, tiers, and contests that move revenue.
  • Excellent outreach skills, able to nurture relationships and keep creators/affiliates excited and active.
  • Data-driven: comfortable with UTM structures, platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting.
  • Effective communication, execution speed, and ownership of outcomes with minimal hand-holding.
  • Bonus tools: Canva, CapCut, Notion, ChatGPT, and experience with technical products.

  • Core collaboration hours are 6:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. PST, with a 2-hour flexibility window.
  • The first month includes a training/trial period with scaled pay.
