Job Title: Healthcare Account Representative

The role of the CSR Healthcare Account is to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers by being proactive, responsive, and empathetic in all interactions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good comprehension skills, and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Requirements:
  • A 4-year college degree, preferably with relevant work experience in customer service.
  • An above-average command of English language and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of business operations and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and targets.
