Key Business Delivery Executive

This role oversees the end-to-end delivery of core business platforms aligned with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Defines and executes delivery strategies for core business platforms.
  2. Aligns platform capabilities with business needs to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  3. Develops governance frameworks for platform development, deployment, and maintenance.
  4. Collaborates with management and stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.

  1. Fulfills business requirements, systems goals, and end-user expectations.
  2. Evaluates existing applications' effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring stability, security, and compliance.
  3. Led project teams in managing projects and their execution to support business operations.
  4. Communicated with other units to facilitate quality assurance, program logic, and data processing.
  5. Participated in user reviews for modified and new systems.
  6. Integrated AI, automation, and cloud computing into core business platforms.
  7. Provided relevant project updates to management and stakeholders.
  8. Resolved escalated system issues, establishing incident response protocols to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
Leadership and Strategic Management
  1. Finalized divisional plans, programs, budgets, and performance targets.
  2. Directed and coordinated team activities to maximize employee productivity.
  3. Supervised direct and indirect reports, planning for their career advancement and aspirations.
  4. Evaluated and supervised direct report performance.
  5. Approved and scheduled vacation leaves for direct reports.
Continuous Improvement and Learning
  1. Stayed current with latest technology and industry trends, disseminating application best practices.

Requirements: Ten years of work experience in programming, software development, and project management. Graduation from computer, engineering, or math courses. Director level position. Full-time employment. IT job function. Banking and Financial Services industry.
