Executive Talent Acquisition/Senior Project Consultant

The role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of core business platforms, aligning capabilities with business needs to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  2. Defines and executes strategies for core business platforms.
  3. Collaborates with management and stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
  4. Ensures software applications meet business requirements, systems goals, and end-user needs.
  5. Provides direction to project teams in managing projects to support business operations.

B. Platform Delivery

  2. Leads the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to ensure stability, security, and compliance.
  3. Participates in an in-depth review of modified and new systems.
  4. Oversees the integration of new technologies into core business platforms.
  5. Communicates relevant data and project updates to management and stakeholders.
  6. Resolves escalated systems issues.

C. Leadership and Governance

  2. Finalizes plans, programs, budgets, and performance targets.
  3. Plans and coordinates team activities to maximize employee productivity.
  4. Provides leadership in supervising direct and indirect reports and planning for their career advancement.
  5. Supervises and evaluates the performance of direct reports.

D. Others

  2. Stays up-to-date on the latest technology trends and disseminates best practices.
  3. Participates actively in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development work.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics.


Experience: At least ten years of work experience in programming, software development, and project management.
