Main Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, leveraging market analysis and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate accounts and travel agencies, through regular communication and partnership development.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the hotel industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
