About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing effective global sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for positions within the agency.
  • They will manage job postings on prominent job boards, ensuring accurate representation of our company culture and values.
  • This individual will utilize assessment tools to evaluate candidate skills, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers.
  • A robust talent pipeline is crucial to meeting current and future hiring needs, making this role a vital component of our recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment (80%)
  • Talent Sourcing and Engagement (15%); HR Support (5%): This role requires an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Familiarity with HR/recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and related marketing concepts.
