
Healthcare Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Manage member interactions, admissions and discharges
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to manage requests for services from members and patients
- Process referrals, authorizations and census roles
- Provide triage and coordination for non-clinical assessment and intervention
- Handle customer inquiries and resolutions
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and resolving customer problems
- Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a team environment and navigate multiple screens
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience working with Medicare and Medicaid Services
- Call center experience
