Virtual Medical Management Role

As a Virtual Medical Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of virtual assistants to ensure congruence between the virtual assistant's performance and the clients' expectations. This involves overseeing the day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving of the team.

Additionally, you will partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and client-VA pairs. You will also work with clients to help grow their businesses using Global Medical services as a Virtual Medical Manager.

Key responsibilities include managing medical client-VA management, mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, high-level escalations, negotiations, etc. A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred, along with at least three years of healthcare/medical management/remote management experience.

Highly proficient in the English Language (both written and oral), you should be able to perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment. Self-starter and highly-motivated, focused, organized, and with a growth mindset, you should also have the ability to think outside the box.

Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite, you should be open to working night shifts. Furthermore, you should have the skills and qualifications outlined below:
