Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to fill the role of Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and presenting strategic marketing recommendations, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in strategic client management at digital marketing agencies, with a proven track record of revenue growth and client retention. They will possess a strong understanding of digital advertising, SEO, and integrated campaign strategy, as well as excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex marketing data into clear business insights.

The Account Manager will be responsible for leading client presentations and business reviews, developing comprehensive client strategies, and monitoring client health and satisfaction metrics. They will also be expected to collaborate with leadership on agency strategy, service development, and growth initiatives.
