Office Assistant Coordinator

Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Assistant Coordinator. This position is ideal for those who possess excellent organizational skills, can work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean and organized office space, ensuring all areas are tidy and clutter-free.
• Develop and implement effective administrative systems to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
• Assist with daily operations, including but not limited to: answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Provide support to colleagues as needed, offering assistance with projects and tasks when required.
Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Physical fitness to travel regularly.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is PHP 30,000 - 40,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
