We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at BERKMAN SYSTEMS, INC. in the Philippines.
About the Role:
The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our team members
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects
Requirements:
To be successful as a Business Operations Coordinator, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, Office Management, or any related field
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
