Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask with ease.

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing all documentation to ensure completeness before sending it to other business units
  • Assisting in the preparation of investment documentation and submissions
  • Providing administrative support to ensure seamless office operations
  • Carrying out clerical tasks such as filing, encoding, sorting, and more
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least some experience in administration, preferably as an intern
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, to support your career growth and development.
