Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Coordination: Timely coordination with internal departments to obtain necessary documents.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments related to the Company's regulatory compliance/reportorial requirements.
  • Documents Management: Ensure digital and physical files are up to date, systematized filing system, and accurate preparation of legal and technical requirements.
  • Permit and License Preparation: Timely preparation and collation of documentary requirements relating to permits and licenses.
  • Application Submission: Accomplishment of applications and timely submission of external documentary requirements.
  • Site Visits and Inspections: Coordinate and monitor site visits and inspections being conducted by government agencies.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure internal and external compliance.
  • Representation: Represent the company to third parties and draft letters, contracts, and certificates.
