  • Responsibilities will include managing the employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, performance management, training, and employment terminations.
  • Liaising with our overseas office to facilitate the setup of the new company.
  • Providing administrative support to the management team, including drafting correspondence, attending meetings, taking notes, and assisting in implementing new processes and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong proficiency in both Filipino and English languages.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably with tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proven flexibility, resourcefulness, proactivity, and professionalism, coupled with a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong Microsoft Office and Excel abilities, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong customer service focus, with a willingness to continuously learn about the business.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
