Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Compliance Officer in maintaining records, updating and amending existing databases;
  • Gather and review KYC documentation from prospective clients;
  • Create and review customer profiles in the Company's database;
  • Carry out research, analysis and summarise the results of findings in a clear manner;
  • Ensure due diligence checks are carried out for existing and potential new clients;
  • Perform transaction monitoring for fraud and AML issues;
  • Liaise with the Administrative Team to gather due diligence needed to meet internal policies and procedures;
Requirements:
  • Must hold experience in compliance and preferably a relevant professional compliance qualification;
  • Knowledge of AML-ATF legislation and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures;
  • Versatile and flexible attitude with the ability to communicate well with all staff;
  • A proactive approach in problem solving;
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly and particularly competent in the use of Microsoft Office products;
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken;
