Job Responsibilities

  • This position will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to termination, ensuring seamless integration and effective management.
  • Liaise with our global office to establish the necessary frameworks and processes for our Philippine operations.
  • Support the management team by preparing correspondence, attending meetings, taking minutes, and implementing new procedures.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Fluency in both Filipino and English languages.
  • Significant experience (at least 2-5 years) in a similar HR role, ideally with relevant qualifications.
  • Superior organizational skills, enabling efficient task prioritization and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong technical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of working effectively in fast-paced environments, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
