You will be responsible for finding and engaging top talent to support our aggressive expansion plans. You'll build a team committed to educational excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective hiring strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for both teaching and administrative roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilize various channels to build a rich candidate pipeline, including job boards, professional networks, and targeted outreach.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position our organization as an attractive employer choice.
  • Use rigorous methodology to prescreen and hire candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with recruitment best practices is a plus.
