US Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent. This role will be responsible for building strong pipelines, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.
This position requires the ability to source candidates across various platforms, screen resumes for qualifications and alignment with job requirements, conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, maintain accurate and organized candidate records, collaborate with hiring managers and clients, and provide timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Qualifications- Experience recruiting or sourcing in the US is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing is required.
- Strong knowledge of the US job market, hiring practices, and compliance basics is necessary.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar tools is required.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple requisitions is crucial.
