- Corporate Management Trainee Program:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the Corporate Management Trainee (CMT) Program.

- Coordinate training schedules, mentorship programs, and leadership engagement for CMTs.
- Track program success through performance metrics and participant development plans.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, campus recruitment, and recruitment marketing.
- Project Management: Ability to drive initiatives from strategy to execution, managing multiple stakeholders.
- Creativity & Innovation: Confidence in bringing fresh ideas to recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage hiring managers, external partners, and academic institutions.
