  • Special Events & Academic Linkages:
    • Plan, organize, and execute recruitment events, job fairs, and company-led hiring initiatives.
    • Develop internship and campus recruitment programs in collaboration with universities and academic institutions.
    • Build relationships with student organizations, alumni networks, and faculty members to increase employer engagement.
  • Corporate Management Trainee Program:
    • Lead the end-to-end execution of the Corporate Management Trainee (CMT) Program.
    • Identify and recruit top-tier candidates from universities and talent pools.
    • Coordinate training schedules, mentorship programs, and leadership engagement for CMTs.
    • Track program success through performance metrics and participant development plans.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, campus recruitment, and recruitment marketing.
    • Project Management: Ability to drive initiatives from strategy to execution, managing multiple stakeholders.
