About the Role

As a Global Loan Expert, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end loan processing-from verifying applications to ensuring compliance with lending standards.

You'll work with CRM tools, coordinate with internal teams, and provide accurate, timely updates to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records
  • Review, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data
  • Perform audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Generate and send digital communications to clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation
  • Extract and interpret data from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for internal use
  • Maintain secure records of client interactions and processed transactions
