Job Title

As a Product Lead, you will have a pivotal role in driving product success from conception to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets strategic goals, while fostering innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aligning product strategy with business objectives through collaboration with stakeholders and Engineering teams.
  • Developing and maintaining product roadmaps to align with company goals and customer needs.
  • Listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product opportunities and solutions for improvement.
  • Strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress.
  • Creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
  • Planning and executing AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Coaching and mentoring other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of the product, tracking product metrics to measure success, and identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
