About this role:

  • As a remote leasing coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants across our rental portfolio. Your mission is to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate responses to leads—turning inquiries into scheduled tours and applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via call, text, and email
  • Schedule property tours and maintain showing windows
  • Assist prospective tenants with applications and unit details
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based leasing agents and internal departments
  • Manage leasing documentation and CRM updates in AppFolio
  • Create and assign support tickets using our internal system
  • Keep listings and leasing specials updated
