Job Opportunity

A highly skilled Leasing Manager is required to oversee leasing operations for our property portfolio. This role involves marketing available units, securing qualified tenants, and ensuring a seamless experience for all prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
  • Manage online listings, respond to inquiries promptly, and conduct virtual or in-person property tours.
  • Follow up with prospective tenants to move them through the leasing pipeline.
  • Process rental applications, including conducting background checks and verifying employment and rental history.
  • Ensure all screening processes are conducted in strict compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and execute lease agreements with high accuracy.
  • Manage the lease renewal process and proactively reach out to current residents to secure renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in property management software.
  • Prepare regular reports on leasing traffic, occupancy rates, and market trends.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure rental rates are competitive and aligned with market conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current tenants.
  • Address questions and concerns from prospective tenants in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Leasing Agent or Leasing Manager.
  • Strong understanding of leasing principles and fair housing regulations.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding leasing targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
