Marketing Growth Professional

This position focuses on promoting the demand for our residential leasing portfolio in Wellington. We are seeking a skilled Marketing Growth Professional to drive tenant acquisition and reduce vacancy rates.

Key responsibilities include developing efficient marketing strategies, designing and running test-led campaigns, and implementing data-driven decisions to optimize results.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in ANZ markets. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads is essential, along with strong creative and copywriting skills.

Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and UTM parameters to measure the full funnel. Experience in property, residential leasing, or similar demand funnels is highly valued.

Requirements:

  • At least three years in growth or performance marketing for B2C, with proven results in ANZ markets
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, and UTM discipline to measure the full funnel
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills for social and landing pages, with practical A/B testing experience
  • Experience in property, residential leasing, marketplaces, or similar demand funnels is highly valued
