We're seeking a seasoned marketing analytics leader to drive data-driven decision-making and propel business growth.

Job Description:

  • Develop strategic frameworks to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and return on investment.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for marketing, sales, and executive teams.
  • Ensure analytics initiatives align with clearly defined end-goals and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain dashboards tailored to different collaborators' needs.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across platforms.
  • Build scalable, automated reporting systems and standardize stakeholder-facing reporting and quarterly reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, etc.).

  • This is a full-time role based in a hybrid work model.
  • The ideal candidate will be a champion of AI and machine learning to enhance predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
  • This role requires collaboration with digital marketing, product marketing, sales, and finance to align on goals and reporting standards.
