Strategic Marketing Manager Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Strategic Marketing Manager to oversee and manage all Brand & Marketing resources supporting a US-based team.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sub-pillar leads to ensure consistent support for stakeholders, drive resource allocation and utilization to achieve optimal capacity management and effective engagement strategies.

  • Service Delivery: Work collaboratively with sub-pillar leads to provide consistent support for stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources to achieve optimal capacity management and effective engagement strategies.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes for both external and internal hires.
  • Skills Training: Identify training needs and facilitate skills development programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Resource Coordination: Actively manage and drive resources involved in campaign delivery to achieve desired results.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage relationships with key stakeholders within BMC and across various functions.

Key qualifications include proven experience in service delivery management, project management, and stakeholder engagement within a complex organizational structure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strategic thinking, crisis management, and analytical and critical thinking skills.

This role requires at least 10 years' experience in end-to-end campaign management via multiple channels, from managing business requirements to implementation to analysis and all phases in between. A high level of networking, team building, and stakeholder management skills is also required.
