Blockchain Engineering Opportunity

This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge on-chain asset management infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead the development of novel governance and asset management mechanisms on Solana.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-performance, production-grade smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, focusing on multisig infrastructure, transaction execution, and advanced features like time locks and spending limits.
  • Create core on-chain components including proposal systems, voting mechanisms, asset management protocols, and cross-program integration capabilities that enable composability across the Solana ecosystem.
  • Cross-functional Systems Design: Collaborate with product, finance, and ops teams to translate real-world fund flows into on-chain execution logic. Ensure alignment between protocol behavior and user experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in building smart contracts on Solana using Rust.
  • Proven experience in building and supporting production Solana programs that have handled sizable funds.
  • Strong understanding of smart accounts, digital asset management, and multi-sig architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and reason about complex state machines, proposal logic, and secure transaction orchestration.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building cutting-edge blockchain protocols.
  • Peer collaboration and code quality: Maintain a high standard for code quality, reliability, and peer review. Demonstrate strong communication skills, challenge ideas respectfully, and actively contribute to raising the technical bar across the team.
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written forms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Ethereum smart contract development (Solidity), ERC-4337 account abstraction standards, and cross-chain protocol design.
  • AI fluency: Embrace using AI tools to accelerate development and explore ideas but apply them with discernment.
  • Security Mindset: Experience applying secure software development practices, threat modeling, and understanding of common smart contract vulnerabilities.
