Principal Web Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced web visionary to lead our in-house design team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the latest design trends, core principles of design, and be well-versed in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and continuously improving our various websites and landing pages. They will work closely with the rest of the team to develop a cohesive and strong online presence, taking existing branding to the next level while staying attuned to the overall brand identity.

Responsibilities
  • Design Strategy: Design and maintain multiple websites and landing pages, ensuring they align with company goals and branding.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, illustration, and copywriting to achieve business objectives.
  • Innovation: Apply creativity and a collaborative spirit to help other departments succeed, such as Business Development and Marketing.
  • Brand Enhancement: Develop ad hoc social media graphics that enhance our online presence.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date on company products and web design trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation in design.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in a design environment, preferably in web design.
  • Design Software: Deep understanding of design and website building software: Figma, Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Time Management: Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Remote Work: Able to work independently in a remote working arrangement with team members across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Coding Skills: Knowledge in coding for web (CSS, Javascript, HTML5).
  • Blockchain Understanding: Understanding of Blockchain technology and Web3.
  • Hubspot Integration: Knowledge of Hubspot integrations (form creation, etc).
  • Animation Skills: Animation and 3D software skills (Rive, Maxon C4D).
