Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist – Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will involve building and launching campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience using marketing platforms such as Braze or similar platforms, and be comfortable working with HTML/CSS. They will also possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and set up marketing campaigns in Braze or similar platforms (Salesforce MC, Oracle, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations including HTML builds, asset setup, and audience targeting
  • Test and QA campaigns to ensure proper rendering, accurate tracking, and compliance
  • Support push notifications, in-app messaging, and other lifecycle campaigns as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience using Braze (preferred) or similar marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Iterable, etc.)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with HTML/CSS (Liquid or other templating languages a plus)
  • Basic understanding of audience segmentation and targeting
