Senior Project Leader: Driving Global Success

As a senior project leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of complex projects. This includes managing diverse functional project teams, ensuring quality deployment, and adhering to specifications and budget constraints.

You will employ your expertise in project management methodologies, leveraging your ability to facilitate effective meetings and develop detailed-oriented project plans. Your experience in leading direct report teams in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry will serve as an asset, particularly in navigating financials and client-facing communications.

The role requires a high level of proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, MS Office, Excel, and Visio. A certification in project management, such as PMP, is highly valued.

What You Will Do
  • Manage and oversee the execution of complex projects across multiple functional teams
  • Develop and execute project plans, incorporating stakeholder input and feedback
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion within budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
