Lead end-to-end recruiting with strategic impact in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Human Resources Leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and steer quality hiring while maintaining speed and positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative hiring solutions.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the US healthcare talent market and leverage this expertise to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years overall recruiting experience with at least 3+ in healthcare recruiting.
  • Boston-area experience and proven full-cycle recruiting track record in a high-growth environment (~>100 hires/year).
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and experience generating candidate pipelines in advance of the need to hire candidates.
  • Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and hiring manager coaching skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in scaling recruiting operations in startups, PE/backed companies, or hyper-growth environments.
  • Master's degree or HR/recruiting certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS).
  • Experience with diversity hiring strategies in healthcare.
  • Bilingual- Spanish ability or experience recruiting multilingual professionals.
