**Automotive Technical Assistance Agent Role**

This position involves providing expert technical support to dealer automotive technicians by diagnosing complex issues and offering solutions related to vehicle performance and repairs.

The role combines in-depth automotive knowledge with exceptional customer service skills to ensure efficient problem resolution and high customer satisfaction for domestic automotive dealers.

We're seeking a skilled professional who can work from home, providing technical support via phone, email, or chat, analyzing reported problems, identifying root causes, and providing clear, actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers and dealerships via phone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze reported problems, identify root causes, and provide clear, actionable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions using our CRM system.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest vehicle technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning and training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: 2-4 year Automotive Technology program (certificate or degree) preferred.
  • Certifications: State or ASE Certified.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician (dealership preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Expert understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions under pressure.
