Job Overview

Supporting Daily Operations with Excellence

This role is responsible for facilitating effective communication across various departments, ensuring seamless access to important documents and timely coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.

  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to guarantee easy access to critical information.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails and reports.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for team members, prioritizing efficient coordination.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff, providing a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Coordinate and support various projects and administrative functions as requested by management.
  • Handle phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel, ensuring prompt response.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; professional certification in administration is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with office management software and procedures.
