Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Research Manager to join our team. This individual will report to the Head of Research and Trends and work closely with product and marketing managers to understand current and prospective customer feedback on brand and marketing campaigns as well as Net Promoter Score.

  • Project excellence: The successful candidate will manage our brand, comms and NPS tracker as the primary workstream with the opportunity to work on product discovery & validation, creative development, trend forecasting as well as market assessment as and when required.
  • Thought leadership: The ideal candidate should be able to build syntheses of brand and advertising learnings from internal research and external sources. They should also build and maintain best practices in brand, advertising and NPS measurement.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in brand consultancy, consumer insight or market research either on the agency or client side.
  • Able to work with stakeholders across seniority levels.
  • Comfortable working across quantitative research disciplines.
