E-Commerce Expert

Our organization seeks a skilled E-Commerce Expert to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online presence. This role involves managing multiple facets of e-commerce, including product listings, inventory management, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for enhancing user experience through website optimization and content creation.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform pricing decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in operating Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms, as well as Google Analytics for project management and reporting purposes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to apply this expertise to drive online engagement.
  • Exceptional English language skills, with a strong command of written and verbal communication.
