Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to lead supplier strategy and manage project-level creative design operations.

  • You will serve as a liaison or bridge across stakeholders, the design team, and external agencies.
  • Transparency will be enhanced across teams by providing insights into project progress and workflow coordination.
  • Content must be complete and in-scope before turning over design projects to the design team/external agencies.
  • Negotiations, contract closures, and supplier management will be handled to maximize profit.
  • Key account metrics will be forecasted and tracked through monthly reports, with leadership and facilitation of retrospectives, reviews, or other critical team meetings.
  • Preliminary screening of creative design requests will be independently performed based on structural analysis tasks, experience with integrating design standards and approaches, passion for team management and efficiency.
  • Roles and tasks will be assigned to team members based on pre-set guidelines, matching them to their individual strengths, abilities, and workload. Workflow bottlenecks and barriers will be identified and removed, and support will be provided in setting up local engagement activities.
  • Compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines will be ensured.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for individuals who hold a bachelor's degree and have proven work experience as an Account/Project Manager or relevant role effectively coordinating and managing projects.

  • Design skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with design processes, methodologies, and tools is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and automate tasks using formulas and macros, are essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
