Marketing Coordinator Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing ongoing client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • They will also coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to execute client campaigns and projects effectively.
  • Additional responsibilities include monitoring client satisfaction levels and proactively addressing concerns to maintain positive relationships.
  • The Marketing Coordinator will also identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client performance data and business needs.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies supporting SEO and PPC operations
  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO best practices)
  • Proven experience in agency client relationship management and understanding of agency workflow dynamics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset
  • Experience with marketing project management and campaign coordination
