Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager to maximize ROI.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging organic content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure best practices.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies.

HubSpot Management:

  • Oversee HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to support business goals.
  • Manage and update websites through HubSpot's CMS to ensure accurate product information and SEO-friendly content.
  • Implement lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize CRM for streamlined data tracking, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support lead handoff, tracking, and pipeline management within HubSpot.

Google AdWords (Paid Search):

  • Develop and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
  • Track and analyze AdWords metrics to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and leveraging analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
